Below, Munson Township has made available on a rolling basis, the minutes for Trustee, Zoning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, Park Board Meetings, and appointed subcommittees, the current Zoning book, and other documents that may be of interest to residents. In each category the following date convention is used: for example, the code T-1-07 would stand for Trustees, January 2007 meeting minutes. If the file is underlined in green, it is downloadable. These minutes are from the computer files, which are printed out for board signatures. The official signed minutes may be viewed during township office hours in the official record books located at the Munson Township office.
These documents are viewable in Microsoft Word 6.0 and higher. Just click on the document for download, and the document will show in your viewer. You can then download it by saving the file to the directory of your choice. Documents downloaded can appear to have different fonts and margins based on the printer and software fonts and setups loaded as defaults by the user.
